A little disappointed with case as it only just fit and takes two to zip up fully could of done with being made with slightly more material

This is the genuine article and not a cheaper copy. No issues at all.
On the whole a fun product that my son was pleased with
Athough he started to complain as it costantley squeaks and creaks from one wheel, also it rattled so I removed the cover underside to find x2 screws rolling around loose inside the case!!!!!!!!!! I relocated them
Also x1 screw missing from the underside
I did my research so as not to get a cheap imatation, but was even dissapionted with the real thing

This is a great product, makes transporting the swegway much easier (as it's quite heavy!) my 11 year old daughter loves the fact she has a 'bag' to keep her swegway clean when not in use!!
Bought it for our son for Christmas, apart from sleeping he hasn't been off it since. Loves it.
The beading has already started to come away from the material, not as sturdy as it looked. We've only had the sweg way and bag a week. Had a few issues with the sweg way but customer service has been fantastic and I can't fault them
