My son was so happy to receive his hoverboard for his birthday as he had been asking for it for a long time. 25 days after he started using it the product malfunctioned and only one side of it continued to work causing the swegway to go around in circles. I would expect that after having paid nearly £300 for this product that it would be fit for purpose. I am disappointed that no replacement will be offered as I am not prepared to pay for a repair so soon after purchasing this item. Buyers beware. The warranty only covers the battery and not the parts.. If you want a repair iswegway will only accept it back after the returns process has been initiated by you having to pay £50 up front, £60 if you want them to collect it from you. This will be deducted from any repair costs though. I am not happy with this process and the repairs policy or the battery only warranty which is only for 3 months. Could not get through to customer services by phone to discuss this matter although I did have some correspondence via email.

Fantastic present for my son's birthday

I ordered the gold swegway, for my son's 10th birthday, in plenty of time for it to arrive before the actual date. I was told it was in stock and would arrive within 48 hours, when it didn't arrive after 72 hours I called ISWEGWAY who told me they'd had a rush on the gold swegway and it was now out of stock and wouldn't arrive for my son's birthday ! They then , after speaking to 3 different members of their customer service team , gave me conflicting information on when it might arrive , with one of their staff saying up to two weeks ! Eventually , after stressing my disatisfaction and disappointment at their lack of communication , I was promised a call from a manager the following day. I never received the 'courtesy' call but instead was sent a text advising me that I would receive the swegway Monday 6th June , 2 days after my son's birthday...He loves the swegway but the whole situation left me stressed , frustrated and inevitably , out of pocket !! Not a great experience shopping with Iswegway I'm affraid...

This is the second one i bought for my brother. He loves it. We up and cruising all day long in the park.

May 2016 - Order was despatched and received within a few days of placing the order. My Son was hoping for a Gold colour and was very happy when he unwrapped his birthday present. He has ridden the board lots since and everything appears fine. Very happy with both the board and the service received from iSwegway.

It runs out a bit too fast

Bought for my sons 10th birthday, he was over the moon with it and mastered it very quickly. It does scratch very easily. I find charging it abit difficult as you need to align tiny pins so that's a mum job I paid extra for a quick delivery after reading a few reviews saying that it was always later than promised, so it arrived on time for me

My son and I chose this Swegway together and the order was processed easily. Delivery was within a few working days with regular updates by email & text of delivery status.
The Swegway is brilliant and does everything we expected from the product description.
It is very heavy though, so if planning to take it out and about, I would recommend buying a Swegway bag to carry it.
I would recommend this product & company without hesitation.

Arrived in time worked for a few hours
Balance went .. Followed guide lines and booklet to re balance but the board never kept its balance for long
Eventually returned the board and it has taken nearly a week to actually speak to someone worth speaking to in the most awful customer service department I have ever dealt and now I have to wait another week for my refund !!!!

Great swegway board, my son love it. Delivery on time.

First class service. Opted for the next day delivery after reading a few reviews and it arrived just after noon. Item well packaged with easy to read instructions and most importantly a safe charger.

There was no key fob with this swegway even though the instructions say there should be.
The instructions are not very in depth.
There was no warning regarding the charger port having a small cut out where it only fits one way.
These are all areas of concern you wouldn't expect to encounter parting with such a large sum of money.
Delivery was prompt however.

I had problems ordering it at first. And then the customer service wasn't all that great. Also the delivery took 8 working days rather than 3 but I'm happy with my swegway

Swegway looks great, correct colour, still boxed as for my son's birthday on 29th March.
Delivery slightly longer than advised and was advised it would be delivered between 1646-1746 on a certain day and it turned up an hour ealier when I was out and left on our doorstep!!

It did have a few days delayed because it was out of stock but as soon as it came back in stock it came the next day and my son now plays on it all day everyday thx iswegway

After being heavily let down with a faulty board and terrible customer service from a different company I turned to iSwegway in desperation to get a board for my son. Great service and communication from iSwegway and the board is great, my son Is so pleased after the fiasco with the previous company. It was hard to trust another company yet iSwegay delivered promptly with a certificate from quality control showing the charger is an approved and safe, fused UK charger, I thought this was a nice touch. Thanks iSwegway, you put a smile back on my son's face :)

Recieved 12 working days later not 3 as advertised!! After stating the delay was due to the product being tested 8 times to ensure it was in full working order it was recieved faulty!! No response from company despite several emails regarding this. Avoid

Good Board, but delivery and customer service VERY POOR! Dont expect to be delivered for at least a WEEK!
Originally ordered a GOLD one, but after emailing 3 times and calling twice they were out of stock, so had to settle for a PINK one!
Ignore the 3 DAY DELIVERY, NO CHANCE, JOKE!!

My 11 year old son is so pleased with his board. A great looking sleek board,smooth and quiete.Not bulky and clumsy looking! Lasting battery power and quick to charge. Had a gold one. It does scratch very easily but that adds to the character I guess... It has to be used! I believe you can buy a replacement cover to change the colour?! Surprisingly heavy. Get a bag- rucksack style which I would certainly recommend.

We purchased a gold swegway for our son after our recent purchase from a different company was recalled. My son actually found the iswegway site and said that it was a trusted seller. Our purchase arrived on time and in great condition. On initial opening of the product were concerned that the package had been opened and resealed, but on closer inspection we realised that iswegway had opened it to test it out before sending it to us which is actually a great idea. Inside was a sheet that had been signed by the person who checked it out to say what had been checked and that all was working as it should. My son has had his swegway now for a few weeks and is absolutely delighted with it. No problems with charger it stays cold whilst charging and is actually very quick to charge. All in a very good purchase, although pricey.

My son's swegway arrived damaged the week before Christmas and I am yet again on the phone 21 January 2016 trying to get an answer and when I do they keep saying they are looking into it, I have sent photos of the damage and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO BUY A SWEGAY FROM - disgraceful and rip off merchants, you are costing me a fortune in phone calls

Grandkids absolutely adore it. It's performance is great, easily charged and very happy that it had a English plug. Would recommend it as I cannot get the kids off it. They are all now professionals as we read the brochure.

I bought this as one of a pair of boards from this site for my nieces for Xmas. They were both dispatched on time, I was able to track the delivery via a link in an email, and they turned up well within the time frame given. This board ( and indeed the other) is a quality product. Backed up by good service.

Bought for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it! Does not get off it and now doesn't walk around the house, he uses it everywhere! The instructions are very clear and informative, it is very simple to use after the first five minute warm up. My only down side was that the website guaranteed delivery within 10 days and it took 13 days to be delivered. Almost missing me being able to give him the present. Great gift though!
