Didn't turn up for my daughters birthday. Contacted yourselfs , was then told out of stock. On confirmation email was told I'd be contacted if any problems. No contact was made , The lady I spoke to was very helpful and dispatched a red one for next day. A day late for my daughters birthday. I'm happy with produce so is she. High quality product that arrived very quickly once I sorted out the issue I had ordering from Ireland. I was unfortunately assured by an agent that my problem was sorted over the phone and didn't phone back until 5 days later to enquire why I had not received it. It was a birthday present for my son so it didn't arrive on time... I had ordered a white one but was informed they were sold out so I had to take a black one or pay extra for a different colour

That said, I'm satisfied that it is a safe product and my son said it's the best present he has ever gotten!

Daughter ordered a white one online but we were contacted on delivery day to say white ones were not available & upgraded her to a red one at no extra cost. Delivered a few days later, well packaged. Daughter loves the Segway. Seems to be solid & well built. It's getting quite bashed & scratched so really needs some protectors when we can afford them.

It was delivered very fast and my daughter loved it.
The only problem is protective plastic stickers. After I placed them, they come out every 15 minutes or so. (I understood why it's sold separately).

Good solid product and most of all my daughter loves it. Didn't think the delivery service was up to much which led to tears. Please when you buy this product buy protective skins as the paint will damage easily. All in all a great product. Shame about the delivery.

My 6 year old loves it and got the hang of it very quickly now won't get off it.... One moan. If the rider jumps or falls of when going forward on a paved surface the swegway rolls over the wheel arches, scratching them to bits. Of course a silicon cover would solve this. But such an obvious and known issue shouldn't be used as an excuse to force parents to pay £30 extra to protect their child's pride and joy. Feels like a bit of a con to me.....

I recently bought a hoverboard for my daughters birthday. When it arrived it didn't work, worse still it was damaged in several areas and clearly was not new. Following an immediate call and sending of photographs and followed with an email of complaint the first response was this email inviting a review... Well hear it is. Do not rely on the fact that the hoverboard has allegedly be checked and "ticked" as in working order and undamaged - ours had such a document and it was not true... Am still waiting for even and acknowledgment of my email.

This arrived quickly after ordering - true to delivery slot we were given. It was well packaged and excitedly opened by my 11 year old son who had saved up for this Swegway.

He absolutely loves this and quickly mastered how to use it. His friends have enjoyed it too. It works best on flat concrete but also goes well on grass. I had a little go on it around the kitchen. Charging is quick and doesn't need to be done very often.

Though this product was quite expensive (and involved saving birthday and pocket money over several months) it seems good quality and the price was competitive. It has been much enjoyed so far and hopefully will be something that lasts well. No problems at all so far.

My daughter saved up to buy this for herself, she couldn't wait for it to arrive so we were pleased that it arrived so quickly. Great product too.

The White Swegway Balance Board is my fabourite,the design is amazing and it is pretty affordable. I am definitely getting another. The shipping was satisfying.

When first used it was making a load scraping noise, when looked closely one of the screws was hanging out. Should of been checked before sent! But once screwed back in all fine and my son was very happy with his birthday gift.

I bought this 3 days before my birthday as it said I would get it in 3 days. It came in 2!!! The service is brilliant and they were all very helpful. Bought this for my 11 yr old daughter she loves it! The rubber trims on the sides have fallen off though so we have to keep sticking them down so not happy about that but the product itself gives the kids hours of fun so glad we bought it expensive toy but she's happy !

I bought this for my daughter's 11th birthday. She absolutely loves it! We haven't been outside with it yet as the weather has not been great. It is quite heavy so I would not want the battery to run out while we are out as I know I would have to carry it as would be too heavy for my daughter to carry.
The delivery was very prompt. I was not in the 1st time it was delivered but fortunately was in the next day. My only criticism would be that maybe the company need to arrange a particular day for delivery as if I was not in I would have had to arrange a delivery time with the delivery company and as I have found out in a previous delivery, that particular delivery company are quite hard to get hold of.
I am sure my daughter is going to have lots of fun on her swegway.

I love my new swegway its very fun. Battery life lasts great for a long time, and it works well.

This is an excellent well made board that is much superior that many other makes. My only concern is that it unusable in wet conditions because of water ingress. There appears to be no attempt made to counter this problem. The purchase of the unit was very easy and very professional carried out however, when support or in my case assistance was sought they are less helpful and I was made to feel a hinderance.

Had the board for about 1 month now and not had any problems technically with it. It works as stated and we all love it. The only very minor negative is that the black stick on pieces - not sure of their correct name - don't stay stuck on and have left sticky glue in the place of where they should be. I'm reluctant to try and clean it off incase it damages the white finish. Other than that all is good.
