Had to return the order, nothing wrong with the purchase our son just ended up having 2 for his birthday!! returned straight away via DPD, the order has been received and signed for but so far my money has not been refunded and emails have been unanswered. Not impressed with communication!!!

Brilliant product. Terrible customer service. My son's swegway broke with 4 days and despite chasing emails, telephone calls, no one seems available to deal with the fault. 3 weeks later I still haven't been given the info to return it.

The Swegway arrived within a few days and although I missed delivery I was able to contact the couriers and arrange collection from the depot. Both my children absolutely love it but now spend most of their time arguing over whose turn it is!!

Arrived on time as stated and is of good quality, can recommend 5* plus. MY 9 year old loves it.

My son received this today for his 10th birthday and loves it-it's easy to charge and use and he's been zooming around the house all afternoon. One very happy boy!

What I didn't love was the rubbish delivery service we were given. I ordered the swegway at 10am Thursday monring 14th April, paying £9.99 to be delivered next day. This order was for a birthday present on the following Sunday (17th April). It did not arrive the next day so I rang and wasn't able to get in touch with anyone. The upshot of this was that the swegway was only picked up by the courier at 8PM on Friday 15th April. We were not advisef of this at the time and were left wondering if this was a scam website. The upshot of this was that my son did not have his swegway on his birthday.
I now await a refund of E9.99 as you did not deliver next day but three days later,!

I am very happy with my purchase and delivery time. My son absolutely loves his segway and is on it all thy time. the build quality is really good and it is a fair price to pay for an item of this quality.

I ordered the swegway 5th April paying £9.99 for next day delivery. I received an email saying it had been shipped. I all I wasted 3 days indoors waiting for delivery when I could have been out in the fresh air with the grandchildren. Naturally my grandson was VERY disappointed his swegway still hadn't arrived.

After several emails and phone calls it eventually arrived 11th April. I have been promised a refund of the £9.99 express delivery charge but I still have not received it!!

Brilliant product but rubbish delivery service. Why do I still have to chase them for refund of Express next day delivery charge when it took 6 days to come????

Was good when we finally received it after numerous phone calls,, when we purchase it on line Nothing was mentioned about no stock and money was taken straight from card , but then when I called after not receiving it on the date indicated was told it was actually out of stock and id have to wait another week or more for more stock to arrive then it would have to be re sent to us which my son wasn't happy about as it wasn't here for his birthday !!

We got a cheaper one - constantly breaking - this one was much better - battery is very good too.

We bought it for our son. He was very exited about it and when he received it he was a little bit disappointed, because of the colour. on the picture the red one look like it it metallic red, but in real it's not.

I bought a swegway for my son it came in record breaking time, bought another for my daughter wrong one sent called spoke to lee and John expressed that my children have autism and could not wait 28 days fo the next one, John made sure my case was priority the correct board was sent, I have had bad experience in the past but this team has renewed my faith in human beings by being such wonderful ones I called and enquired about my refund for sending the,original board back was dealt with by lee lovely guy awaiting refund now I feel so comfortable with these guys well done my dears xxxxxx Verna and kids I am grateful xxxxxxxxxx

With all the bad press about these boards, I made sure I did my research to find a reputable company and safe product. Iswegway is that company. Got one in red which comes with a bag. Charges in no time..no problems with overheating and is a dream to ride! All the family enjoy using it and will definitely be ordering service more. Great product and price . Highly recommended.

So far product has had no complaints from my son. Supplied with a carry case but swegway is very heavy to carry from location to location if it cannot be rode. Supposed to arrive on 31/12/15 but did not arrive till 4th or 5th of January.

It arrived quickly seems a quality product, My grandson was delighted with it after saving his xmas money to buy it.

Delivered before Christmas and when advised with a good customer experience. Product is heavy but son loves it and mastered it same day! Product hasn't had to be recharged yet (now 2 weeks after Christmas) however not used daily. Correct fuse supplied in plug! All good so far. Thank you!

This was one of 3 Swegways bought for my grandchildren for Christmas Day. Initially a brilliant success and they mastered them quickly and without difficulty. Unfortunately one of them broke down on Boxing Day and could not be re-calibrated. The company could not be contacted until 4 January, but have now promised a replacement. I await confirmation of this (08/01/2016).

We purchased these for our sons for Christmas and what a great result. After a total nightmare with another online company so near to Christmas I was on tender hooks worried about loosing more money and not having boys presents. I called them before ordering and the woman was fantastic answered every question and said to call if I had any other worries, confidence restored I ordered them, came in time for Christmas and the boys love them. Fantastic quality and battery with safety trade stamp, although be aware they are quite heavy to carry! I have recommended this company to some friends already as was impressed with service and product.

My kids haven't been off this since they opened this on Christmas Day. I was a bit worried about buying from a company I hadn't heard of but everything was advertised, plug was BSI compliant, build quality was good. In short, all good. Now, I just need to get the kids off it so I can have a go.

My son was delighted Christmas morning when he opened his swegway. He immediately wanted to play on it. However after a few minutes play it started to throw him off and needed calibration. We did that and now it constantly needs to be done everytime he steps on it. Unfortunately customer services are unavailable until 4th January so hopefully it will be a straight forward easy solution on Monday so my boy can enjoy his main Xmas present and then I can leave a better review.

Kids have had a ball on their new hover board, yes they have had a few falls but nothing serious delighted with the product and can see no faults with it.

This was my son's best Christmas present. We love it so much I will be buying another for myself. I imagined it would be hard to balance but it's so easy to grasp. These are so much fun for adults just as much as kids. Superb quality, delivered on time and 100% pleased with service.

Amazing Christmas Present. The whole family have loved gliding around on it. No problems with charging we do this when we are around, not over night or out of the house. Best to be safe than sorry with all the recent media speculation.
My daughter loves it and has picked it up so much better than I thought she would have as she could never grasp Roller Skating, Ice Skating or the Heallies.

After all the bad press in the news recently this product puts it all to bed,my son is constantly on it and it works perfectly, no problems with charging it and the blue tooth let's him listen to his music,one happy lad,although I did think I'd be getting a holdall to go with it.

We were a little concerned when we bought this Swegway because of the various safety concerns. However our initial experience has been very good. The battery charger does not heat up unduly and the actual Swegway works really well. Depending who rides it of course !

Despite all the negative press recently, we bought this for our son for Xmas, making sure it had the right English plug. It arrived on time, we've had no problems so far and he loves it. Not been able to get him off it for 4 days, he says it's his best present ever, so good enough for me!

My son asked for this one particular present and waited with baited breath on Christmas day to see if Santa had brought it. With the biggest smile and delight beaming from his face when opening the box everything else was immediately put to one side. At first few attempts his face dropped a little but after a quick talk he mastered the board and within 20mins was Zooming around the house quickly.
He then said that he would no longer be using his legs to get anywhere. HA HA. Great Present and great Fun.

I purchased a red chrome effect swegway as a Christmas present for my 10 year old daughter along with a carry bag. The delivery of the swegway was free on a 7 - 10 day delivery but there was a charge for the carry bag on a 3 - 5 day delivery. The carry bag did not arrive after 5 days so I contacted Nick who looked into things and informed me there has been an oversight with the bag. He guaranteed me it would be delivered along with the swegway and refunded the additional postage costs I had paid.
The swegway arrived in a well packed double box and had enough charge in it to try initially. It worked fine. Christmas came and my daughter loved it. I contacted Nick again after the media coverage of the faulty chargers and plugs and he reassured me that they only provide fully tested and uk certified plugs.

Overall I would highly recommend purchasing your swegway from these guys, they are genuine uk suppliers and really value their customers. Communication has been first class and very swift. If I ever need to buy another swegway I will certainly be returning to these guys
