Ordered this and got next day delivery, really fast delivery service and the board is good quality.
Ease of purchase and delivery fantastic, opened the box for my sons birthday and checked the item 3 screws were on the bottom of the box and 4 were missing from the underside of the swegway, still waiting a reply from customer service why this was the case. Other than that everything seems A1
Ordered my daughter the Swegway with Bluetooth on a Friday and was amazed that it was delivered on the following Monday (quicker than expected)
Product came well packaged and was ready to use (already charged).

I bought this Segway for my son's 10th birthday and he loved it, it didn't take him long to get used to it, I think he practiced for about an hour then he was away on it! Very pleased with the product so far, we have used it lots since we purchased it in January, both inside the house and outdoors. It's brilliant outdoors, goes over most terrain with ease but struggles with curbs. We have not yet tried the playing with the music/Bluetooth feature so we cant comment on that yet. Overall very happy with the product, great look, safe but requires the child/person to balance on it!
