After returning a swegway from another store due to it not working properlyfor my sons xmas present as you could imagine we was so disappointed and did know where to buy a decent one from.At first I was reluctant from buying it online but after reading the reviews I took the chance and ordered it.It took quicker than we expected due to ordering just after Christmas,we was able to track the delivery and it arrived when they said it would.The board was very nice and works well we was all please with the purchase and I would recommend iswegway to others.

Prompt pre sales support that I could not fault and with everything in the press around balance boards, I was made to feel confident to proceed with my purchase for my sons Christmas present.
It was delayed due to demand but it did arrive before Christmas so a big thumbs up.
The look on his face as he tore the wrapping off was priceless and an image I'll not forget for a long time. Sadly, nor will I forget the look on his face after only approx one hours ride it started to go wrong. We called the helpline and learned there was no support until 4 Jan but we were given some trouble shooting guides to try. We re calibrated the board and it was ok for another 6 minutes then it happened again and we were in a wide open space without obstruction so back in its box it went and my son was unable to play with it for the entire holiday. Gutted is an understatement as it was his only present bar a stocking. It will be couriered back tomorrow morning and hopefully, just hopefully, it'll be replaced.
Had a few problem in the beginning... Didn't get the one I originally ordered.. But was sent out a different one and it's great, my son loves it! Would defo recommend, also has the BS plug so is safe
bit disappointed I didn't get the colour we wanted as I received a call from iswegway saying that the black chrome colour stock had been water damaged , so we opted for the chrome . also was under the impression it came with carry case but it didn't . but after the call chrome one arrived promptly is a great quality product made of metal rather than plastic which would be easier to damage and more toy looking . my son loves it .

Orderd my Swegway from this site 2 weeks ago PayPal made a boo boo and refunded everyone but the guys from the site couldn't be more helpful getting it all sorted.they even sorted free shipping gave me an updated model and a free bag and kept in touch to reassure me every thing would be OK . It came to day in full working order my son is over moon I would highly recommend this site great quality. Thanks guys
