Bought for our son's birthday. Opened yesterday he was thrilled. Immediately ready for use what a fantastic gadget! No set up required, synching to bluetooth straightforward - literally all singing and dancing. So far beyond good!

Very impressed with the product and the service hope my grand kids are at Christmas

Took 11 days for the swegway to be delivered which was not a great start, I had to chase and chase.
My son loves it but it quickly runs out of power, am sure something is not quite right. the key does not work.
Not really sure if it worthy it.

My 9 year old son saved his birthday money and bought it for him self and says it's his best birthday present ever! Really robust and lights up well. Bluetooth works well too
And with £70 off was very happy

I am writing this review a little early as I have yet to be in possession of a fully working board. Unfortunately after ordering the board for my daughter's birthday it failed to arrive. However this was purely the couriers fault and not that of iSwegway. My communication so far with the staff at iSwegway has been very good and I was provided with a goodwill gesture for the trouble which had arisen. Once in receipt of the board which I picked up myself from the couriers depot, I found that it did have a few problems. I reported these all to iSwegway within 48hrs and they arranged collection promptly. I am now just awaiting a replacement or refund. I can say, so far, iSwegway have done their best to resolve any issues I have had. I used to be a Customer Services Manager and know that things can go wrong. For me, it is how they are resolved which is a measure of how well a company is run. So far so good.

Fantastic product my son loves it.

Ordered 2 identical Swegways for my kids presents. When they arrived, one was perfect, worked well and was exactly as expected. The other one , not quite so positive - it had a different colour pattern on it (so perhaps not from the same batch/warehouse as the perfect Swegway?), I then got it out of the box and plugged in the charger, it charged up but then we couldn't turn it off with the silver button or key fob. After being left on for about 2 hours, sitting in the corner of the room it then decided to continually beep ... which it was still doing in the box when it was collected to be returned a day or so later! So, good and bad - one perfect, the other something wrong with it - but iSwegway's customer service were very good. Although I've still had no news back from iSwegway since it was collected though so hoping they got it and a replacement will arrive soon-ish.

Bought this for my son's 10th birthday. He loves it, so does my 39 year old husband!!!
I ordered the hover board on the Saturday it was here for Tuesday and that was with free delivery!!! I used the code "bluecrash" and got £70 off the price. Totally brilliant service and product.

So this has arrived and it is a really good product overall but i do have some problems with it, the keys dont work wich is a bit depressing although its ok and everytime i get out the board it starts shaking hard for a second then stops, other than that its a good product.

The swegway is overall very good and my son loves playing on it although one of the front panels which covers the wires keeps coming off and also we can not get the remote control to work which is rather disappointing considering the price that we paid for it.

The blue 8 inch swegway arrived as discribed charged and ready for action except.
The key fob dose not seem to work it has power and the blue light flashes but has no affect on the board.
The two green lights should come on when it's ready for use as discribed in the hand book but only one ever comes on.we have tried to carry out a reset as the hand book with out effect.
Already the blue body work is coming marked and scratched , there do not seem to be any covers on your web site for the 8 inch as their are for the 6 inch.

Unfortunately I didn't receive my order specially when I paid extra money to get item next day , I get e-mail saying my item has been delivered and signed by someone who is not even leaving in my address also in time when delivery note was signed I was at work! No letter or any note that item receive someone else as I was at work that time !!!!

I am writing this review on behalf of Chris as he is my husband and was the one who bought the hover board for me. I am 54 years old and have had so much fun on it. I managed to master it in about 2 minutes and am zooming about outside now. I thought that maybe I should have started with the 6" board first as I was a beginner but I'm delighted I opted for the 8" instead as it is brilliant and goes so fast. My 6 year old grandson loves it too as does my 11 year old great niece who now wants one for Christmas! Would definitely recommend it to everybody as it is great for all ages and much easier to ride than I thought it was going to be. The board was delivered quickly. I haven't tried the Bluetooth yet.

My thirteen year old son spent all his birthday money on a board from this company when the board came it was not as advertised it had no Bluetooth when their advert said it did. We reported it within two hours of it being delivered after having been on hold for forty minutes. They then did their best to evade giving a refund. They did not come to collect the board when arranged Eventually after two arrangements to collect were ignored they collected We feel that they were trying to get past the seven day mark as the ad stated you had seven days to return. And strangely none of their managers take phone calls I was told.

Excellent, music sounds good, keeps the lad occupied for hours, money well spent, quick delivery

I am Satisfied with my Hoverboard and the delivery time. It is fun to play around,easy to learn how to use. But not like others I don't like how facts my Hoverboard reacts. This is my personal opinion.

My Hoverboard was delievered quickly and I have enjoyed playing around with it ever since. I love the designs and how easy it is to get used to it.

Delievered in record time,no physical damages,my son loves it,great present idea.

I am very happy with my Hoverboard,it easy helpful,effective and easy to use. No shipping problems and I am kept updated.

Although at first the bluetooth didn't respond,it now works great and it is my favourite feature of these boards. Amazing.

Product is great but the service and staff was very poor and I even sent an email to them a few weeks back and still got no reply. Paid for 24hour delivery and guess wot never turned up and the hussle to chase and get an answer was very hard.

Iswegway is a really good company and well trusted. Once you have ordered your swegway in a couple of days it will be delivered at your house. I would really recommend this company.

Received item on time everything was great but have now noticed that one of the red pads seems to be sticking/jerking

This is a quality product totally unlike the cheap balance boards previously sold by companies like Mighty Deals. I had to return a cheaper board to Mighty Deals as there was a danger that the board could catch fire.

Iswegway.com thoroughly test their boards and ensure that they all meet stringent trading standards requirements. The charger and plugs meet BSI standards. So I was quite happy to pay the higher price and haven't been disappointed. Very smooth ride and the delivery was prompt. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another board from this company.

Ordered this for my son as the one I bought at Christmas (from a different company) had broken.
This is much bigger as it has 8" wheels. He absolutely loves it, lovely colours red/blue and it has plenty of lights on it also. Connects well to his iPhone, so he can play his music. Delivery was really fast.

Paid 390 pounds for a 8" Bluetooth swegway black with red pads for my sons birthday and received a 6" swegway all black with no Bluetooth worth 295 pounds and was told I'll be waiting a month on a refund of the difference.I would have loved the original one I ordered 8inch Bluetooth, but I decided to keep the 6" one because I was told if anything happened to it while in transit on its return that the company wouldn't except liability and they wouldn't exchange it or give me a refund, so as I live in Ireland I decided to keep it and get a refund off the difference. Needless to say I wasn't impressed with the after service. Once they have there money they don't Care. But the swegway did arrive very quick and in perfect working order just a pitty it wasn't the right one.
